Kelly grew up in the Houston area; lives near the 610/10 area and specializes in all surrounding areas, including The Woodlands, Conroe, Montgomery and Kingwood.

Obtaining a Bachelors of Arts in Organizational/Corporate Communications from The University of Houston, along with working for major Corporations has given her over 25 years of good listening skills and her ability to execute well-honed negotiation skills for hiring her.
